Your privacy is a priority. This Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and how we protect it. We reaffirm: all of your information is confidential and private — it will not be used for purposes unrelated to the service, nor shared or sold to third parties.

We collect only what is needed to operate the service: your email (and name, if you provide it), authentication data, conversation history and generated media, and technical access logs (date, IP) for security and auditing.

Pix payments are processed by external providers; we do not store sensitive payment data on our servers.

2. How we use your data

We use your data exclusively to: authenticate your access, provide the chat and content-generation service, process credit top-ups, ensure security and comply with legal obligations.

3. Confidentiality

We treat your conversations and data as confidential and private. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Strictly operational sharing

We share data only with providers that make the service possible — the artificial-intelligence provider and the payment gateway — and only to the extent necessary to fulfill your request. We may also disclose data when required by law or court order.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage only for the essentials: keeping your session active and remembering your age confirmation (18+). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After account deletion, we remove your personal data, preserving only the minimum records required by law (e.g., the access audit trail).

7. Your rights (LGPD)

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you may request access, correction or deletion of your data. Permanent account deletion is available within the platform, in the account area.

8. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or improper disclosure. No system is 100% immune, but we work continuously to mitigate risks.

9. Minors

The platform is not intended for those under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we identify such collection, the data will be removed.
