1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FatalAIGirl, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and adult content (18+)

The platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older. By using it, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

The service contains adult material. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

3. Nature of the content — 100% AI-generated

All content — text, photos and videos — is fictional and 100% generated by artificial intelligence. There are no real people behind the characters, and any resemblance to real persons is purely coincidental.

The characters are not real companionship, do not provide professional advice, and their responses should not be taken as fact.

4. Account and access

Access is provided via a magic link sent to your email (no password) or via Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your email confidential and for all activity on your account.

5. Credits and payments

Platform features are consumed through credits. Credits may be purchased via Pix and are debited based on usage (chats, photo and video generation).

Credits already consumed are non-refundable. The price and cost of each feature are shown at the time of the action.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, nor to generate, request or distribute content involving minors, non-consensual violence, or anything that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Attempting to bypass technical limits, abusively automating access, or reselling access to the service is prohibited.

7. Intellectual property

The brand, software and visual elements of the platform belong to FatalAIGirl. Content generated for you is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Confidentiality and privacy

All of your information and conversations are treated as confidential and private — they will not be used for other purposes nor shared with third parties, except as strictly necessary to operate the service. Details in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FatalAIGirl is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the account area. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above.
